BAR TURNING<\/h4>\n

We have a range of high-tech bar-turning machines that are capable of machining anything from the smallest component (micro-bar turning) to the most complex. Our fleet of machines reserved for mass production expands this department\u2019s capacities, and we have an isolated workshop located away from the flow of production that is exclusively dedicated to the manufacturing of prototypes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CUTTING | BURNISHING<\/h4> We finish bar-turned parts in mass-production batches thanks to our fleet of gear-cutting machines. Using the same technology, the blanked wheels are also cut with high-precision machines. Both cutting machines can handle several million parts per year. These technologies are supplemented by a large burnishing workshop capable of finishing axles and pinions with micron-level precision.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
