A multidisciplinary team is formed in order to effectively support the project manager.
TECHNICAL
DEPARTMENT
Using the specifications defined with the client and based on the risk analysis, the technical department studies different production possibilities and draws up technical documentation.
PROTOTYPES
Using the technical documentation, experimental prototypes are created in line with processes that are compatible with eventual industrialisation.
LABORATORY
The prototypes are then given to the laboratory where they are typified and analysed in detail against the criteria previously agreed upon with the client.
INDUSTRIALISATION
The product is industrialised according to the production standards in small, medium or large quantities.
PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
The industrial machinery is used to manufacture the product in accordance with the specification requirements.
QUALITY
To guarantee exemplary quality, the product undergoes rigorous testing using the most advanced measuring equipment.

We hold a project closure meeting, after which the baton is passed to those involved in mass production.

TRAINING
Throughout the project, regular progress reviews are organised with the client. When the product is delivered, the necessary training sessions are carried out and the required documentation is given to the client.
